During my time working with the Sun Sentinel, I had the pleasure of planning several key events, including a special Valentine's Day celebration. We created a festive atmosphere to bring the community together and share in the joy of the holiday. Additionally, we were in the process of preparing for a summer retirement financing event, aimed at providing valuable financial insights to retirees. Unfortunately, our plans were impacted by the onset of COVID-19, but the groundwork we laid for these events reflected our dedication to serving our readers and the wider community.
